Kimberly P. Simoes was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and
raised in Amory, Mississippi. She received her B.S. degree from
Mississippi University for Woman in 1993. Kimberly then attended the University of
Mississippi School of Law, where she was a Member of the Moot Court Board
and Business Manager of the Journal of National Security Law. She
received her J.D. degree in 1995, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997.
Since then, Kimberly has practiced in South, East and Central Florida. Her primary
area of practice has been first party Personal Injury Protection benefit
litigation.
